For my family, real estate has always meant options — but what those options looked like has changed with each generation.
For my opa, who immigrated to Canada and worked at the factory. options meant security. Buying his first apartment building gave him the stability to protect his family and put down roots in a new country.
For my parents, options meant freedom. At just 18, they bought their first duplex together and built side by side as a team. When the 2008 crash came and many were selling, they chose to keep building. Their bold decisions created a portfolio that gave them the freedom to design and live their dream life.
For me, options meant independence. Diagnosed with epilepsy at a young age, I understood how unpredictable life can be. Real estate gave me the ability to take back control, to create choices where there could have been limitations.
Over more than a decade, I’ve helped flip hundreds of units, managed diverse rental portfolios, and even flipped dozens of virtual businesses. Not every strategy worked — and those lessons shaped my belief that every investor’s journey is unique.
Because of that, I’ve developed a unique perspective: thriving in out-of-the-box situations and building creative solutions that last.
It’s what led me to found Keck&Co, our sister company Investor Engine, and to create the Investor Archetypes — a framework that recognizes each investor’s path looks different. The Builder Archetypes meet you where you are, and the Dream Archetypes help you design the future you want.
My mission is simple: to carry forward the lessons of three generations and share them with others. At Keck&Co, we build tailored plans that reduce the stress of ownership and give you the same gift real estate gave us — options. Options for security, freedom, and a life designed on your own terms.
